國民黨全代會昨（19）日全員鼓掌無異議通過洪秀柱代表國民黨參選2016總統，與民進黨蔡英文對決。洪秀柱以國台語雙聲強調將全力求勝，絕對不能把台灣交給謊言治國、交給民粹治國，甚至讓一個從未反省道歉的政黨班師回朝，讓台灣重蹈鎖國無序的災難。

國民黨昨天召開第19次全國代表大會第3次會議，洪秀柱從黨主席朱立倫接下戰旗，與黨籍立委候選人高喊「凍蒜」。洪秀柱表示，她知道這是一場艱鉅的選戰，「只有義無反顧，拼盡所有，才能完成歷史的使命」。

洪秀柱強調，如果當選總統，一定恪遵憲法，依循國民黨政綱，在「九二共識」基礎上，堅持台灣優先、民意為本、平等尊嚴，推動兩岸和平發展，讓全民共享兩岸和平紅利，為兩岸開創持續、穩定的和平環境。
